How do I fix the clock on my Android S7 Edge cell phone it will not keep the time.

Time zone is not accepting the time and staying at the correct time.

Welcome to Android Central! Are you going to the Settings>Date & Time menu and turning on the Automatic Date & Time and Automatic Time Zone options?
