How to delete photos "permanently" so no recovery software can retrieve it ?

I have a Rooted Stock galaxy note 3 (9005) , now i am selling it . So i deleted photos the normal way from gallery but then i remembered , they can be recovered using data recovery softwares such as Android data recovery , Undelete , Dr Fone . So i recovered all photos and videos using dr fone software . Then i used CCleanner and used the shred option to delete permanently . Later i tested the deletion again with recovery software dr fone but i still got all pics back . Then i again deleted them with Another software " MobileGo cleaner " By wondershare and i used the option "Erase pics permanently . Then i restarted the device and performed factory reset and yet again i got the pics back from dr fone . Someone please help me.

They need to be overwritten. After you delete everything, you need to fill up the phone again with a random file. Put like a dozen movies in it.
