I have a Samsung Galaxy A9 Pro, which runs on Android 6.0.1. I haven't rooted or updated the software since I bought it.
This is the problem:
I am pretty sure that I used to be able to just tap on a phone number in Chrome/Gmail to immediately enter the number to the Phone app and then call it.
One day (I can't remember exactly when) I suddenly couldn't do that anymore. I don't know what happened. I have tried doing that with Firefox and the default browser and I failed to.
Can you please help me out?
