Huawei Consumer Cellular phone is stuck

[AC Question]

I took my phone out of my purse & it was/still is stuck on this Orange screen that says "Consumer Cellular" but in really small print it says...

Bootloader lock status: LOCKED

Press & hold power key for 10s or more to forcibly reboot

I don't know what to do. I've never seen this before. I do not want to clear or lose anything on my phone. Can you help me? Please.

Welcome to the forums. It sounds like you accidentally booted into the bootloader. If you hold the power button for the 10 seconds, you should reboot back into Android. Nothing will get erased.
