I cant add my google account to my phone

hey huys actually i reseted my phone so once i rebooted again i am not able to add my google account when ever i try to add it displays"unfortunately google play services has stopped" so now i am facing many problems like i cannot open play store, google app. Please help me....!

Welcome to Android Central! Which phone? So you did a factory reset, correct? When you went through the Setup Wizard again, is that where you have problems adding your account? Does this happen on both wi-fi and mobile data?
