Why am I getting two lockscreens?

I haven't installed any new apps in months. About two weeks ago I started having two lockscreens and I don't know why.

While I don't know your particular situation, one guess is, if you have some sort of work related email account on your phone, it is being forced by the company email policy or GPU.

Just my thought.
