I'm trying to load a page on Google Chrome but it refuses to load

I'm trying to load a page on Google Chrome but it refuses to load and I've already done all the suggested things that they've told me to and it's still not loading. So I called Google support to ask them for help and it asked me to enter my PIN number so I did then it came back and told me that PIN number was incorrect what do I do now?

Welcome to Android Central! What website are you trying to load on Chrome? Does it load normally on your desktop Chrome browser? Some websites aren't optimized for mobile browsers, and might not display properly.

What asked you to enter your PIN? What Google support number did you call?
