Why red underlining error text doesn't work in new versions of Galaxy phones?

Hello,
I used to chat in some specific forums while i had my Samsung Galaxy 3 using the built-in browser and galaxy key board. Recently i have bought Galaxy J7 (2016) and A7 (2017) but it seems like the option of underlining errors doesn't work neither in built-in browser nor in Google Chrome. How to fix it and what may be the reason? Both browsers and keyboards look the same...
