How do I re-enable android system

Some of my Android 4.4.4 built-in apps have disabled and force stopped on their own. How do I fix it so that my phone will work better?

Welcome to Android Central! Which phone, and which apps? Go to Settings>Apps and look for those Disabled apps. They might be in a separate Disabled list, or they might be at the bottom of the All list. Select a Disabled app, then tap Enable, and see if that helps.
