how to stop it from reading apps to me

Somehow I managed to tell my phone to read the app screen to me and now I can not make it shut off. help me shut it off

Check your Accessibility Settings. If you have a Samsung phone, there should be a Talkback feature somewhere. Other devices might have the settings in other places, but still within the Accessibility section.
