On my Asus memo hd7.....long story short, rooted it and deleted a few things I
Figured I'd never use just a few apps, now can't get the latest update ? I get the
Android guy and the triangle and error (patch Asus studio .....blah,blah)reinstalled that app from Google no dice same error.
Looked at instructions how to reflash etc..... on other forums very complicated for a newbie guaranteed to brick...lol
Is there an easier, simpler way I hope

If all you did was root it you should just be able to do a factory data reset. That's if ALL you did was just root it. If you flashed it with a custom ROM and didn't make a backup of the stock. You may be screwed. If you did the latter you could check XDA forums as many of those people will post stock ROMs for these devices. Of course that would mean you would have to go through the directions to re-flash it.
