Chrome Themes?

Is there a way that when you load a theme that you can make it where you have no Icons showing on the them? I know you can remove them but it will not let you remove the Chrome Store Icon. Also what about new tabs it would be nice if you could have it where no Icons show up even the grey little Windows or just have it where when you open the Chrome browser where you can really see the theme you loaded without the Icons being all over the theme itself.
