$100 trade in credit - e-mail received?

Anyway receive the e-mail with instructions on claiming the $100 trade in credit for upgrading from dumb phone to smartphone?

I purchased on Thursday and have yet to receive the e-mail. Have received a ton of e-mails about changes to my account, but non about receiving the $100 gift card. Getting nervous that the store employee maybe didn't process it properly to get the credit.

Ordered mine Wednesday. I got a text yesterday and email today with the promo code needed to get the $100. I applied for the $100 gift card. They said it will take up to 5 business days to receive the return envelope in the mail.
