Razr M Earpiece Volume Issue after JB Update on Calls

After the JB update I have noticed the earpiece volume is stuck on loud for calls. I noticed it in the leaked OTA and now it is showing its ugly head in the official. ICS didn't have this problem. You have to fidget with the call volume up and down during a call to actually get it out of being stuck. Very frustrating. I noticed in other forums that people are experiencing the same issue. Anyone else have this issue? Hopefully in an update this will be fixed.
