LG HBS730 issues

If my phone ( Moto Droid Razr maxx) is connected to my Bluetooth (LG HBS730) and its on a vibrate or silent while I'm listening to music and someone calls me, the music blares out through the phone speakers. I can't stop the music I can only reject or answer the call. It is annoying when I'm at work and this happens. I even tried with the LG HBS 700 same issue. Has anyone else notice this???

I've had this happen occassionaly with the Bluetooth receiver in my one vehicle. What app are you using to listen to music because it should stop the music for an incoming call and the text/email alerts should play with a slight decrease in volume in the music. At least that's how mine USUALLY works with Google Play Music, Sirius and Pandora.
