I charge my phone every night. Since the update, every morning, I've found "My Gallery" running at 3% even if it wasn't running before charging. Once unplugged, the phone will drain 10% in half an hour if left alone. After a reboot "My Gallery" is not shown in running tasks & the battery drains as expected. I am rooted, no VzW or Moto syncs are setup, uninstalled Facebook, Dropbox is not configed to sync photos.
Is there a google process that's activating "My Gallery" during the night hours that I don't know about? Could something be hanging since I have the VzW sync programs frozen using Titanium Backup?
