When I get an email alert, and I use the notification pull down, it actually shows the body of the email.. Is there a way for it not to do that. I have been playing around, and cant
seem to find anything. I want the notification, but I am so use to my old droid that just showed my email address.. never showed the sender or the body.. I think this is a privacy issue.

AFAIK, that's a convenience feature of JB and short of turning off notifications, can't be selectively disabled. I personally love it & find it saves steps accessing email & texts. It can, of course, simply be swiped to clear or just "X'ed" out and your mail accessed later at your convenience. .
