how to turn on/enable 4g?

This might be a stupid questions but how do you turn on 4g?

I just got this phone today and came from the Moto Droid X.
Am I blind in seeing this option?? And yes I inserted the SIM card and everything

I have the unlimited data plan, grandfathered in from way back when I had the blackberry curve

Dont have the RAZR yet... but on the Bionic it was Settings/Wireless & networks/Mobile networks

You should see CDMA only or CDMA/LTE.... you want the latter.

Hmm I do have CDMA/LTE highlighted at the moment and I have yet to see the 4G light up.

I only see 3G, could it be because the area I am in doesnt have 4G coverage or something?

Or install a mobile data toggle widget and put it on home page!

Must not be in a 4G area. You can go to the VZW page to confirm.

Mine is checked but not highlighted, its shaded out. Shows LTE/CDMA but can only get 4g at home or on the road!
