I uninstalled Facebook and now want to reinstall but it reads error 495,

Verizon LGE V985 4G if I clear cache and data from all apps what will I need to do next and how will it affect my phone,

Welcome to the forums. The Facebook app is giving a hard time to many users. It seems that some files are left behind after uninstalling the app. You could try this.

To uninstall go to settings - apps - Facebook - force stop - clear data - uninstall. Repeat the same for Facebook Messenger. After this, run an app like SD Maid to delete any leftover (corpse finder option) and restart the phone. Tell us how it goes.
