User Interface error in Chaos Rings 3 on Samsung Galaxy S4

Go easy on me, first post.

Look at the pictures, see how the UI is broken? When I first played it, I had to randomly press around to figure out what to do and where the buttons are. The results in Battle Arena mode also don't show.

I have already asked Google, and it seems that there are no forums regarding this matter AT ALL. It would be outrageous if I am the only one experiencing this problem on our beloved Earth.

I need your halp.

Welcome to Android Central! Did you install the game from the Google Play Store? Have you tried emailing Square Enix's support? Android_support@square-enix.com

No, I haven't. I should try asking the people who respond faster first, rather than going straight to the big company.

That's understandable. Still would like to know if you installed from Google Play Store, though. If you didn't, then it's possible that the game isn't entirely compatible with your device--Google Play Store wouldn't let you install it if it's incompatible.

At first, I downloaded a pirated version (since Square Enix doesn't give out a demo, I wanted to try it out first), but the UI was also broken. Hoping to fix the problem, and seeing how the game is awesome, I bought it and downloaded it again (this time from Play Store). And now, well... you know the rest.

Please don't install pirated apps, even if it's just to try a game out before buying it--all that does is encourage and validate the pirates. Google Play Store gives you 2 hours to try an app and still get a refund if you don't like it.

Mod Note : we do not support piracy in any form.

The pirated version could have installed something that messed up the phone. I would try to do a factory data reset and reinstall the app from the play store.

Edit : I found the save file and found out how to keep it. Thanks.

Edit : I am currently redownloading it, and I also forgot to add that the download would fail if I use the phone. Maybe mostly if I use the internet.

Did you actually do a factory reset as suggested by dpham00?

same problem here, i think this issue appears because patch is not working properly to gt i9500, or some android OS (i have installed kitkat 4.4.2 btw)
and maybe... we should wait until next version released with new patch :-X

note : there is 2 saved folders in ~> /android/obb/com.square_enix.chaosrings3gp, "files" and "tmp". back it up!
