factory reset help

i just got my LG Optimus today they added the main email to my phone with out askin me an when i was trying to change gmail accounts i deleted everything off my phone contacts internet setup everything.. what i need help with is gettin the internet working agine

Menu - sd storage - factory reset. (at least on my phone)
This will put your phone back to out of the box fresh.
Then set it up with whatever email you desire. You will have to set it up with a gmail account.

this is the message im getting: cant establish a reliable data connection this could be a temporary problem or your phone may not be provisioned t for data service .. but used the internet today

Call your carrier.

papae - Which Optimus do you have? It looks like there are several different way to reset an Optimus depending on which model?

These seem to be the most common.

You can try menu -> Settings -> Privacy -> Factory data reset, if it is there.

Or Turn the phone off and boot into HBOOT by holding the power and vol down buttons at the same time.

Once you are complete with the reset then you can log into your Google account with the account you wish to use and your data should be working again.
