My daughter's cell was taken away by her dad (who we don't live with), and she has all of her music and photos on it. We are trying to figure out a way to access and save/download them without having physical access to the phone.
I don't know the google/gmail account associated with the phone.
Is there any way to change the gmail account for that phone and then be able to access photos and music data?
(Her dad has no clue about cell phones, can't even figure out how to get into the text messages, so asking him for help is a lost cause.)
We just want her pictures and music, and the only thing I can figure is that without knowing the gmail account of the phone, there's no other way to get this.
Also not sure if it's all saved in the google account since the music was DL'd using 3rd party music apps.
Any help/suggestions appreciated, Thanks!
