Backing up & restoring an application not available on market?

Hey guys,,,


So I've been having a few issues with my N1 phone running 2.2, and am considering a full-hard-reset to fix it.

Before I can do so, however, I need to backup this one specific work-related application which is not available on Android Market. Ideally, I'd like to copy the entire application over to SD Card or even my desktop PC, and then restore the application exactly as it was.

My question is how do I do that!!?!

On my old jailbroken iphone I knew how to do this, which makes me believe that I can also do it with my N1 (after all,, everything I've tried so far, works better on the N1 than it ever did on iphone!!!

Any help is appreciated!

PS - I did search the forum for similar questions, but couldn't really find anything useful on a N1 running 2.2

Titanium Backup, perhaps?

I just bought the full version, but I have 2.1... not sure if it works for 2.2
