Note 2 update

Hi,
I received a notification that the 4.3 update was available for my Note 2. It's currently running 4.1.2.
I selected - remind me in 1 day, but now I can't seem to get it. It was over 2 week ago when I did that.
If I do to firmware update check, it says it is already up to date (OTA check and using Keis). But I'm still running 4.12.
Could someone please suggest what I can do to get it to recognize there is an update available.

I'm is South Africa, and from what I have been able to find, it is still available.

You can wait a little longer or try manually updating through Kies.

I've tried with Kies and it also says, it's up to date. The other option with Kies is to reset it, but that will be the last resort.

I read somewhere, there is a file in a directory (sorry for being vague, but if I knew where, I'd try it) that stops the notification that there is an update available. I was hoping someone knew of something similar to get it back.
