Help with a Verizon Samsung Note 3

If someone would be so kind as to walk me through the steps in fixing my phone that would be awesome. Basically it is stuck on the "Firmware Upgrade encountered and issue. Pleas use Software Repair Assistant and try again. It is a Verizon samsung note 3 and I do not care about tripping Knox or anything like that. Thank you very much.

Bring it into a Verizon store. They'll flash the update for you.
