Please help! My Z998 (AT&T Android) always sent my pictures via text messaging and automatically converted to MMS when needed. Since I synced Google+, I now get a message that says I must convert the message to MMS, but I cannot find a way to do that ANYWHERE on my phone. I can still send the pictures from my "Gallery" on the phone, but if it's the Google pics, I continue to get the message. Does anyone know how to convert to MMS? Or do I have to unsync Google+? THANKS!

Welcome to Android Central! So are you using Hangouts as your default SMS app? When you try to send a photo, are you making sure you're sending it as an SMS/MMS message or as a Hangout? When you select the recipient, make sure it has a little SMS icon associated with it, rather than the Hangouts icon. It really should automatically convert to MMS, as long as you're using the SMS/MMS function of Hangouts.
