My galaxy s3 shows not registered on network, when sim is in. help??

i have a s3 galaxy, and it shows not registered on network, sim in aswell as me trying basically evrything like factory reset, wipe cahce/dalvik... it was on 19300xxecm2 4.2.1 i then flashed 4.3 via odin, didnt work either, i rooted the phone didnt work, as for the imei number on device info and under the battery are both the same so i dont know why it aint working anyone help me pleasee

Unroot, then bring the phone into the carrier. Fist, if your account provisioning got messed up, the phone won't register. Second, the carrier's store can call network or engineering so they can see what the network thinks your phone is doing when it tries to register - you can't. And they can flash a new SIM card, in case your current one is bad. (Also try pressing gently on the back of the card, in case the card isn't making good contact. [Don't use a pencil eraser to clean the contacts on the card - I've seen people giving that advice, but the gold plating is so thin you can erase it.])
