LG G3- Headphones work, Speaker won't

I was listening to music on my phone the other day, through the phones speakers. Then there was silence. I checked my phone to see if it had paused or something, but it said the music was still playing. My sound stopped working for several hours before it kicked back on. Its out again, and its been several days. I'm not sure what to do at this point. If it makes a difference, my music was being played through Spotify. My headphones still work, but other than that; no sound whatsoever.

I should probably add that when I plug my headphones into my phone, the sound plays through them. Its when the phone is standalone that the sound won't work.

Sounds like a bad headphone jack. It's a 10 cent piece of hardware with many parts, so it's really surprising that it lasts as long as it does. (A really well-engineered and manufactured jack would cost the manufacturer a few dollars each - and if they made phones that way, the cheap phones would be around $1,000 with a 2 year contract.)

The phone is still under warranty, and that's a repair they can usually do in the carrier's corporate store that does repairs. It's just a drop-in assembly.

The headphones work when they are plugged into my phone; the headphones aren't the problem. It's my phone's actual speakers.
