on my note 4 i notice their is these like small white swirls in the background and its super noticable against whites, had same issue with my note 3, any ideas what it is? its like its embedded in the screen?

Since they showed up on the screenshot, my guess is they are just part of the website's display. Do they scroll with the page or show up on other sites?

No it even shows on this website. I enhanced the swirls so you could see it. It's on all whites I see it
