Cell phones and webinars

I know this is way off topic but I figured cell phone experts would have the answer. Has anyone ever used their cell phone to participate in a webinar? If so do I need any special apps or is there a website you could point me to that gives better instructions than what I found which is not to use one? Thanks!

What kind of webinar? I've done GoToMeeting on a Nexus 7, that easy since they have an app

I don't know they don't provide that info. I'm guessing they don't use a service like GoToMeeting.
