I accidentally force stopped my Play Store, how can I get it working again?

I accidently force stopped my play store

I was just messing around with my phone and started to hit force stop on some apps I never use, I got a little carried away and hit force stop on "Google Play Services". Now the Google play store is not working. I've been searching around for a solution but I can't find one. Does anyone know how to undo a force stop, or is it possible to reset your phone back the setting it was an hour ago just like you can on a computer? Help!! (if it helps I have an LG optimus)

Welcome to Android Central! I would guess that it will restart if you reboot the phone.
