Group messages come up as single message and can't reply all, how can I fix this?

Group messages come up as single message and cant reply all

i go to the setting for multimedia message and my only options are delivery reports, allow delivery reports, auto-retrieve, roaming auto-retrieve and priority. there is no way for me to change anything with MMS. Group messages come through as each person texting me individually and I have to respond to each person individually or compose a whole new text
