why my htc sync manger can't detect my phone?

i already try with another computer and with another cable and still can't be detect... please help me...

Welcome to Android Central! Which phone? If you connect it to the computer via USB, can you use Windows Explorer to look at the phone's storage? If not, then the phone's microUSB port might be clogged or damaged. Use a can of compressed air to blow it out, or a damp toothpick to root around for any debris.
