Why doesn't my tablet turn on?

[AC Question]

My tablet doesnot turn on

Hi, My galaxy tab which I do not know how to know its exact version...
turns on then stock on the root screen the automatically turns off I don't know why
then it re-turn on the off by its own.
I also tried to reset it but when I hold the volume down button and power button...etc
it turns off, what shall I do?
I also as I wrote I don't know where I can find its version it actually not mine.

Return it to the owner. If you don't know the owner, turn it in to the police. If it's stolen, at the very least you're guilty of possession of stolen property, which is a crime.

The owner can bring it to the carrier, with photo ID proof that the account it's on is his, and they'll unlock it.
