If it was entered as a Google contact (all contacts should be - but the default is Phone, not Google), it's at Google Contacts.

If it was entered as a SIM contact, you can put your SIM into another phone and get it from there.

If it's a Phone contact, you're going to need a shop with a spare screen that they can plug in long enough for you to copy the information (for a small fee, of course). Or you can try Samsung Kies. It may be able to back up your contacts.
