[HELP!] Galaxy wonder (GT-I8150) Bootloop After Rooting

hi everyone.
I have a Samsung Galaxy wonder (GT-I8150) under CyanogenMod 9 (I think). I flashed under official rom stock everything is fine. after that I rooted and install apps like super user rom manager ... , after two or three days a morning I had the bootloop

-first samsung logo then reboot (endless reboot)
and when i plug the cable he turns off

Impossible to go to recovery mode, just the download mode.
so I flashed it again the flash goes normally (odin pass).
but the problem is always there.

Sounds like a hardware problem. Something in the area of storage that the normal system (there are really 3 multi-boot systems on the phone - normal, recovery and download) uses if bad, so the phone aborts the boot and starts again. It probably (no guarantee - it's only a guess unless I have the phone in my hands) needs a new motherboard.
