Instagram & Facebook runs slow on WI-FI

Hi everyone,

This is the first time I am actually posting my problem up on forums regarding my Android phone. Mainly because I can always find solution online, but not this time round. I can't seem to find the solution to this problem, and it's rather odd.

So here's the problem,

My Instagram and Facebook was working perfectly fine until one fine night my Instagram decided to die on me. (I thought Instagram was down)
Instagram and Facebook (images and videos) are loading very very slow or in fact unable load on wifi. But when I turned on my 4G data and off my wifi, everything works perfectly fine. Does anyone knows how to fix this issue? Some said the problem lies with the Router (IPV6), some said clear cache etc. But none of them works for me. :/

I am having the exact same problem on my note 5. I just came over from apple and this is making me second guess my decision:-\
