Why are apps in the store not letting me download anything on my Samsung Pocket?

Why is apps store won't let me download anything on my samsung pocket

I tried to download several apps and my phone keep on saying error for downloading the app. So I go to setting to clear cache but still it doesn't work. I go again to setting to clear data but still nothing has changed. I formatted my phone and still the same error showing on my notification bar. I really don't know what to do now so please help me about this problem. Thanks!

Welcome to Android Central! Are you sure you have enough internal storage available? Not microSD card--that doesn't matter. What matters is the internal storage.
