How can I get rid of the black boarders on my camera when taking a selfie?

problem in galaxy s5 front camera

hello every body

I have a galaxy s5 the front camera was working just fine but today I wanted to take a selfie but I have some black borders on the camera I don't know why , I tried to seset the camera setting but it didn't work , then I format the phone but I still facing the problem and here is a exampel

please help

From the picture it seems like there's a problem with your lens. If there's nothing on top of the front camera lens that's covering it, it might be that the sensor itself came loose and retracted into the phone, causing it to 'catch' the black borders that should, in theory, be flush with the lens and out of its way.
