i replaced a lost phone a Note3 (sm-n900v ). Google device finder keeps looking for the old phone

i recently lost my note 3 phone sm-n900v, i replaced it with the same model Note3 sm-n900v. Now the google device finder wont find the new phone note 3 or sm900v. it seem to keep looking for the old phone.

Welcome to Android Central! Did you already log into the new Note 3 with your Google account? Go to Settings>Security>Device Administrators​. Is Android Device Manager checked on?
