Windows 7 Ultimate not functioning!

Yesterday, late night, I was going to change the 'time and date' settings on my Laptop (W7 Ultimate). After being 'Boot thawed' it went restart I already had a Deep Freeze since last (past) year(s). After being thawed I went on my 'time and date' and have it perfectly change, until I choose 'boot frozen' then restarts, it came that after 1st shutting down it installs update until it went starting Windows and 'applying update operation' it went many times in the Startup, do you guys know how could this simple error starts?
