Help! My brother has been locked out of his phone (Pin)

Help! Well basically Edward (My brother) set a pin on his phone and forgot it...any help? Would be appreciated

Welcome to the forums.

Tell him to log in to Android Device Manager using his Google account, on a PC or laptop, and to change the security settings from there.
