Android No sound through Headphones (Asked and Answered - it was the Gel Case)

Check that your protective case is not keeping the headphones from plugging ALL the way in

Mine worked fine, then one day just didn't
I searched all over

Then thought "Hang on" and had a look sure enough the plug was catching the edge of the socket cut out.

Fix was simple - remove the case and cut the hole just a little bigger
