Why does McAfee say locked enter pin?

[AC Question]

mcafee says locked enter pin

dont have a pin. It says return to 636_ and my email address. There is no such email address. I will lose all my info if I do factory reset....cant afford to do that for work.

I would contact Mcafee. It sounds like a PIN was setup so they may be able to help.
