my pictures/videos storage says I'm using 3.04 GB, even after I deleted everything.

I saw one file once that had a bunch of short vids, and now can't find that. Am I going crazy?

Every pie and video you've looked at with a web browser is stored on the phone somewhere, probably where you can't see it. Clear the user cache (Settings/General/Storage/Cache.)
