Alarms between 2:00am and 3:00am won't set correctly

When I try to set an alarm for 2:15 am it shows 3:15 for any day! Daylight savings time bug?

Today it works!

So, yesterday when I tried to set an alarm for 2:15 it kept showing as 3:15. But today, it works fine... It seems my phone thought the shift to daylight savings happened every morning until today, go figure.

Sounds like daylight issue since at 2, it changed to 3 so that might have something to do with it.

Yeah thats it, last night at 1030 pm I set my alarm for 5am it showed that I had 5 1/2 hours till wake up instead of 6 1/2. So did the fiancee's phone
