I bought the Samsung Galaxy Core Prime while it was on sale late last month (It's a pre-paid phone) and it's been having some connection problems.
1. I noticed that I had low cell connection as well, 1-2 bars, sometimes hitting 3, but I saw turning on airplane mode and turning it off will fix that, so I did and it's staying at 3-4 bars.
2. My main concern is why I can't keep a strong wifi connection when I leave the room with my modem. My brothers phone works fine and has a strong connection, and even my older phone (lg36c or something like that) had no problems keeping a strong signal. And even my bedroom which I have problems watching videos (buffering every, 5-7 seconds). My bedroom is straight across from the modem, through 1 wall and no more than 20 feet away.
The phone is version 4.4.4 if that matters.
Other than the connection problems, the phone is working fine.
