What happened to my Galaxy J7??

Hello
Yesterday I factory reset my galaxy j7 and after that every time I try to open my camera or clock or calculator
This message appears to me: unfortunately,clock/camera/calculator has stopped
I cleared their cash and data
I wiped all cash
Beside I downloaded other camera apps but they work perfectly what should I do??
Pls help me as fast as you can.

Note:My Android is 6.0.1 but it was 5.0

Why did you do the factory reset in the first place? Was the phone malfunctioning beforehand?

Actually I don't know how to run safe mode

If it's happening in Safe Mode, then it sounds like either a firmware or hardware issue. You could try reinstalling the firmware using Smart Switch: http://www.sammobile.com/forum/showthread.php?t=29914
