When will paypal payments come to the market?

I highly doubt it will. Android is a Google phone, good has its own 'Paypal' which is Google Checkout. If you can setup a Paypal account why can't you sign up Google Checkout account?

if i have money in my paypal then i can use it without having to transfer money and wait 3-4 days?..so thats why. and paypal is already coming to android market. i just asked when

Why don't you just get the Paypal debit card and use that for your market purchases. That's what I do. It's free, and if you use paypal a lot, it's nice to have instant access to paypal money anyway.
