Game Saves sync

I am playing games on 2 different phones and basically I want the saves to sync across them. Some games save in the cloud but not all. For example I have modern combat 4 but I have to play parts over again that I've already done. I want to know where the games save or what to look for in file names to sync them between my phones

Have you tried "Carbon Backup"?

Sorry, I should have mentioned. 1 phone is my gs3 the other is a Motorola photon 4g. Both are rooted. I use the photo with its mirror capability as more of a home console.

Carbon back up doesn't work for Motorola. I have the folder sync app on both but in order to sync it would sync the whole 2gb of folders per game. I just want the save files.
